Our Story

F Motto RV Park was established in 2006 with a mission to provide a no-hassle experience for welders and other blue collar workers. Since then, we have hosted many traveling workers and students. Our park is designed to be your home away from home, where our all-inclusive rate, and no age restrictions on RVs (must be in good working condition), make life easier, with one less worry, while you are living on the road. We might not be the prettiest or fanciest, but we take pride in offering a safe place to live, with a reasonable rate.

Restaurants, gas stations, and Dollar General are all under 2 miles away!

Our park is conveniently located the same distance from UT Health Northeast Campus/MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home. The new Tyler Interstate Commerce Park, including the Yellawood facility, Amazon, and other businesses being built, is also under a five minute drive. The park is a short drive away from Delek Refining, Walmart, and Aldi. We are approximately 5 minutes south of I-20.

Affordable Rates

We offer affordable rates for our RV sites, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without breaking the bank. Our all-inclusive rate is currently $475 per month, with a $100 deposit (checks accepted, held, and returned, upon move out with no damage or court fees). Our weekly rate is $150 per week. We apologize, but we do not offer overnight stays at this time.

What is included in the all-inclusive rate?

Our rate is truly all-inclusive! We cover all electricity (no meter or partial responsibility), water/sewer, free washers and dryers, WiFi, and trash. You supply propane and laundry detergent!

Is your RV park pet-friendly?

Pets accepted, but please call first to make sure breed is allowed (sorry, other guests have made this rule happen, even though we love all breeds). We ask that you keep pets on a leash and clean up after them. We do offer a fenced dog field for them to run off leash, but ask that you do clean up after them there, as well.

Do you offer any amenities at your RV park?

We offer free washers and dryers, a large fenced areas to exercise your pets, and free WiFi.

Do you rent RVs?

No, at this time we only offer lot rental, where you bring your own RV.

What is allowed in long-term lots?

We want you to feel at home, so park owner approval, we accept portable storage buildings, patios/ramps that can be moved when you do, and potted plants/gardens. Fencing in your lot will be considered, but must be approved, and within the boundaries of your lot, as we designate.
